Write It In Their Words

If someone says the access route keeps getting blocked, write exactly that.

An Owner And A Date

One name, one realistic date. That's what stops things falling off the radar.

Be Honest

If something will cost a fortune or take months, say so and explain the plan. An honest answer beats silence.

Keep It Up To Date

A board that never changes does more harm than no board at all. Update it every week.

The board is for communication and follow-up. Serious hazards still need dealt with straight away through your normal procedures.
